Queenstown Gateway
In November 2009, Queenstown Gateway Limited, a subsidiary of Redwood Group purchased Stage One of the site known as Five Mile. It is situated on the main road coming into Queenstown close to the airport. It is 7.8ha and includes a very large 4ha hole dug by the previous developer.
We are currently developing up a scheme for the property with the Buchan Group Architects from Brisbane in conjunction with a large team of Queenstown consultants. The development will be mixed use and include retail, office and residential.
